When things go wrong in winter, help, reassurance, and a timely resolution is all that one hopes for. Those aren’t unreasonable expectations. After 3 days without heat because of Enercare’s incompetence, I was desperate to find a same-day solution. I discovered A Plus Air Systems in Hamilton, called them after hours around 9pm, had a live conversation with a real human being, came up with a plan to solve the problem the next day. Upon arrival, they were courteous, knowledgeable reassuring, and got the heat back online. No upselling or fear mongering, no predatory financing / rental contract terms like you read in the news. Sound advice, quick action, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

I can't thank the A Plus Air Systems enough for their excellent and prompt service at the time of need. our old furnace shut down on Friday Dec 5th in the afternoon, after which I sent a request for info from Home Depot. within the hour the A Plus sales rep was on site and gave us an estimate much more favourable than that from our regular service provider. early the following morning the installation crew arrived on site and started the installations. they were very professional and prompt and connected our heat in less than 24 hours after it was cut. thank you to all your team for the good job done.

Small problem with my Generac generator, I called in the morning and before noon a technician arrived. Very professional and courteous, diagnostic check of the unit, made the necessary adjustments and double checked operation. Less than 30 minutes and a great explanation of fault. Price for service was extremely fair. Will continue to use A Plus Air Systems for annual service and and trouble shooting as required.

My furnace was recently red-tagged, and through Home Depot I met Mr. Syed. He explained my options, pricing, and product details clearly and promptly responded to my calls. The installation was done by Mohammed, who clearly knew what he was doing, with assistance from his colleague Noah. They took the time to address my concerns and went above and beyond with the little requests I had about noise, force of the air in vents, covering an open wire which was not even related to this job. I would recommend A-plus team for your HVAC needs.

Installation went exactly as discussed and the techs went above and beyond by updating my venting to new piping as per code at no charge. They completely cleaned up after themselves including disposal of my old furnace. Highly recommend this company.

Needed my favourite company once again! House stuff never ends. Last week when the furnace/airpump blower was on there was a big whistling coming from both bedroom heat ducts. Loud enough to wake you up and give you a headache. Called A Plus Air at 9 am and Jayal arrived at 1140! It took us both 1.5 hours to find where the sound was coming from. Well we found it….it was something inside the old heat ducts. Jayal taped everything where air could be escaping. Problem solved. Back to peace and quiet.
